A Blog of Many

Well this blog of many all starts with the storms we had on Saturday, the 10th. It wasn't too bad in LR, but was awful lots of other places in AR, especially Stuttgart. I just thought you might enjoy these two pictures of the hail at our house.
This is a picture of the hail coming down in our yard. You have to look kinda hard to really see it.

This is a piece of hail that fell in our flower bed out front.
I had to post the story that Syd wrote after this stormy night. It's word for word with all of her own spelling (she only asked about antenna).
Tonight is a very stormy night. On stormy night I can't go to sleep. But I stayed up becuses It was poring down rian. Then it stodid to hell the size of a gofball. Then the TV stop so we got the antenna so we code see the news KATV.
*Props to Mrs. Molsbee (her teacher). I was so impressed and her handwritting was wonderful as well!!
As you know from my previous post, Sydney was baptized last Sunday. This is a picture of her patiently waiting for Bro. Allan. We're so thankful to everyone that drove up to be there for her special day. She is a very lucky little girl. Thanks Mimi, Bubby, Boppy, Dawny Bear, Nana, Ryan, Ashley, Davis, Lolli, and Pop.
Here is a pic of Mommy and her precious babies on Mother's Day. I got to spend the day will lots of my family, so it was absolutely wonderful...not to mention the breakfast Syd and Cam cooked for me, lunch at Buffalo Grill, and the new photo program I got for my computer.
Sydney and Carson posed with their Uncle Bubby. (the sun was in Syd's eyes and something apparently caught Carson's attention other than my camera.)
Looks like the wrong people resting on Mother's Day!!
A little time in the car with Dav-o
Carson's new play spot...it's just the perfect size for him.
The kiddos just goofin' at the house.
Playin' a little baseball
Sydney at Awana's awards night last Wednesday. (she's in the yellow)
Syd was being Sassy at Fu Lin's after the awards night, so I had to get a picture. Oh, and a little something we found cool...Cam might possibly be going to Holland, yes the Netherlands, sometime in the near future to do some training for a bank there. It's not a for sure deal at all, he figures they'll find some way to do it all via video conference or something, but still a possibility. We have decided that if he does go and it's while I'm off in July, I'll be heading over too. (yea for me) Okay, now for the cool part. Cam's fortune cookie said, "You will step on the soil of many countries." Mine said, "A relaxing vacation awaits you in the Mountains." So, I'm not really sure how mountainous Holland is, I think a lot of it is actually below sea level, but it sounded good anyway. Maybe our fortune cookies will come true!
Field Day was last week at Fulbright. I managed to sneak away from my little critters long enough to catch a few of Syd's relays. I got a cute picture of Syd and her friend Landyn, and the reason it is so close is because someone else keep getting in the picture and I had to crop it a lot. They had a great time!
This is a picture of my crazy kiddos on Field Day. Only 13 more days of school left!!
