Blanket Babies

Carson is taking after his sister in the blanket department. Most of you know how attached Sydney has always been to her blankets but for those of you that don't I'll fill you in. She started carrying around a white blanket that her Nonnie made about the time she started walking. We couldn't go anywhere without that blanket. After several years her "not so white anymore" blanket was wearing very thin and had several holes in it. Nonnie tired making her another one but it just wasn't the same. Finally her Uncle Ryan and Aunt Ashley got her a new bigger blanket with Ryan's nickname for her embroidered on it...Squid. It took some convincing but she finally gave the white blanket up for her new green one. Although it isn't as crucial that we have it everywhere now, she still has her blanket with her every chance she gets. Carson has just recently become a blanket toter like his Sissy. He drags it around the house all day and sleeps with it at night. Luckily his blanket came from Target and shouldn't be so hard to replace.
