Birthday, Anniversary, & Graduation Trip

Let me just say that I usually hate that my husband has to work out of town every now and then, but this week...I'm THRILLED! I got to tag along on this one and spend some time at the beach. Thankfully, his work away from work is in sunny Florida and not somewhere like Kansas (nothing against Kansas, just sounds pretty boring). I am missing both of my kiddos very much but know they are both well taken care of and are having a great time. It is not often that we even go out to eat without them so a whole week is very weird. I told Cameron last night that I feel guilty just laying around. I keep feeling like I should be doing something productive. I guess I need some lessons in relaxing. Okay, sorry for the birdwalking...I got to tag along as a birthday(yesterday), anniversary(Wednesday), and graduation(July) present. We had already planned a trip to the beach with the kids next week, so I thought an extra week of fun in the sun would be a great gift. My 26th birthday was yesterday and was perfect. We went to watch the Rays play baseball game as soon as we got to Florida yesterday, then ate ourselves sick on the best shrimp and crab legs I've ever had for dinner. Cameron even managed not to kill me when my bag was seven pounds over the limit at the airport yesterday morning. He had to move some of my stuff to his already-stuffed-bag in the middle of the check in line, then zipped a piece of skin on his finger up when trying to force his bag to zip again. He said if it wasn't my birthday I would have gotten it. ;) Thanks for all the birthday wishes!! Hopefully I'll have some beach pictures to post soon (I left my camera in the room today). I guess I better quit rambling and get showered before Cameron gets back from work and wants to get some dinner. Hope you all have a great day!!
