Carson's Dedication to Our Lord

Today was Carson's baby dedication at church. It's so wonderful to know that we have support from our family and church in raising our children the way God would have us to. Carson was so good as Bro. Allan showed him to the church. They prayed for us and gave Carson a Bible with his name engraved on it. We are so glad that Mimi, Kyle, Lolli, Pop, Haydon, Boppy, Dawny Bear, Nana, and PaPaw were there to share this day with us. Uncle Ryan and Aunt Ashley were out of town, but gave Carson 2 great books for a dedication present. We really appreciate and love you all!!

After church everyone came over for lunch. We boiled shrimp and crawfish and had a lot of other things to go with it. Mimi's shrimp tasted great and I don't know for myself since I don't eat crawfish, but everyone else seemed to think that Cameron and Pop's crawfish tasted awesome. It was so much fun just sitting outside on a beautiful day and visiting. Carson took a good, long nap as you can see from above and Sydney learned how to do the monkey bars on her swing set all by herself. We are so thankful for the wonderful family that we have.
